Eland has, as a part of its diversification has entered in the field of Gold & Diamond-Mining,
processing
as well as Jewellery. Starting from Mining in Africa - for which contract and permissions are in place already Eland is now fully geared to enter Diamond mining in a big way. We have already started the mining activities and also entered in the field of Rough Diamond trading as a part of
diversification activity in our own old areas of operations for other commodities where the infrastructure has been built in over 2 Decades.
Also, Diamond Polishing units have already been set up in India and an initial foray has been made in Jewellery manufacturing too. We are confident that with our experience in Africa & our vast network, these lines will boost the image and revenues of the group substentially.
